The Cerastus Knight Lancer is built for commanders who prefer to meet the enemy’s biggest threats head-on. Taller and more mobile than the familiar Questoris-pattern Knights, the Cerastus chassis combines an imposing profile with surprising battlefield speed. The Lancer variant focuses that mobility squarely on close-range combat, pairing its enormous shock lance with an ion gauntlet shield as it closes the distance with enemy war engines and other heavily armoured targets.
This multipart plastic kit builds one Cerastus Knight Lancer for use with Questoris Households in Warhammer: The Horus Heresy or Warhammer 40k. Its long-legged Cerastus frame gives the finished model a distinctive silhouette, while the oversized arm-mounted shock lance and shield make its close-combat role immediately recognizable.
The model offers extensive posing and modelling options. Articulation is built into the ankles, knees, hips, waist, head, arms, and individual fingers, giving hobbyists plenty of freedom when choosing a stance. The head and arms can also be assembled without glue, allowing their positions to remain adjustable after construction.
A selection of alternate decorative components is included for further customization. The kit contains two designs each for the kneepads, greaves, and pauldrons, along with four hull icons representing different allegiances, an armorial shield, and three pennant options. The cockpit can also be assembled with its hatch open to reveal the seated Knight pilot inside.
